Welcome to “Indigo for Yes” group.

Thank you for joining us on the journey to raise awareness and work towards a Yes vote in the upcoming referendum on an Indigenous Voice in Parliament.

This group invites people in the Indigo Shire to come together and engage in conscientious, meaningful dialogue to create positive change and make history by voting for Australian Constitutional recognition of First Nations people - the original inhabitants of this country.

We seek your help to volunteer, to door knock, to distribute pamphlets, to put up posters and to talk to your neighbours about enshrining an Indigenous Voice to parliament.

You do not have to have an academic understanding of the constitution or be a political activist. All you need is a belief that together we can ensure Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices are heard.
