QLD for Yes Doorknocking Army - Doorknocking Finish line Sprint #4 in Oxley
Referendum day is within sight! It's time for our finale sprint towards constitutional recognition through a First Nations Voice to Parliament.
It's time to have all the positive, values-based conversations we need to have to WIN the Yes Vote on October 14th.
It's time for the Queensland for Yes Doorknocking Army to stand-up and blitz some key areas for the #Yes23 Campaign.
The Yes23 Queensland State Campaign Coordinator, Stephen Mam, has organised this Doorknocking Blitz event to help dramatically upscale our collective impact to make Queensland "a Yes state" on October 14th.
If you have not already committed to a local Volunteering for a doorknocking activity on this same day with your local Yes group, then please consider coming to this #QLDforYes Doorknocking Army event to help us take things to the next level!
All Yes23 Campaign Volunteers welcome.
Anyone new to Doorknocking is also warmly welcome and we will go through some training before hitting the surrounding streets.
Join a team of Yes23 Campaign Volunteers as we doorknock local homes to discuss why the Voice is important.
Doorknocking can have a big impact on voting intent.
Especially because it shows the community that ordinary people are backing the Voice.
We always doorknock in pairs. With one person being a scribe and one person doing the talking.
We aim to ensure diverse pairs with at least one person being an experienced doorknocker.
Please read our official #Yes23 Convo Guide before you come, here:
If each Yes23 supporter convinces just three undecided people to vote Yes – we will achieve a resounding Yes result at the referendum. Come to this doorknock event to learn how to do exaclty this and "find your three undecided people" + have a multiplier effect on getting us to a resounding Yes result on October 14th.
Thanks for Volunteering and for taking action with the QLD for Yes Doorknocking Army - Doorknocking Sprint #4 in Oxley!
