Hi North Sydney for YES,

In realestate they say "location, location, location", in campaigning they say "phone calling, phone calling, phone calling"!  In an hour, the software calls about 150 numbers, about 20 will pick up, approx 5 will hang up, 4 will be 'no,' 7 will already be 'yes' and you will talk to 4 undecideds/didn't know we were about to vote.  This may not seem like a lot, but its about 4 times more conversations than doorknocking, on the experience of our door knockers today, where you knock in pairs over 2 hours to achieve the same rate of conversations. 

We are looking for 20 (or more) of our volunteers to support YES23 HQ and come to a phone bank at the NSW HQ. Training provided, please bring your smartphone, earphones and some may find the laptopn useful tho not necessary. We will do this this Wednesday (27th) and the followinging 4th October, from 11am -1pm.  

It is super easy to learn, easier than doorknocking and makes a huge difference.  These conversations are central to the YES campaign strategy so please join Penny and the team as North Sydney ventures to Town Hall.
